Isokinetic probe samplers are suitable for crude oil and liquid hydrocarbons. The probes comply all to the ISO 3171, ASTM D 4177, API 8.2 and IP 6.2. Available for pipe diameters of 4" up to 52". We have three different control mechanisms: hydraulic, pneumatic or electrical.

These unique pneumatic designed samplers suitable for sampling hydrocarbon gasses up to 200 bars. The G5 sampling system uses a pressure balanced system which increases the lifetime of doing any maintenance drastically. The materials used are suitable for heavy corrosive environments. The G5 samplers are designed for installation in bypass or analyses loops and has a 1/8" NPT fitting.

Manifold samplers for crude and bunker oil are designed to take samples flow proportional on a ship. Manifold samplers are only useful if they comply with the homogeneity requirements stated in the ISO 3171, API 8.2 and IP 6.2 sampling standards.

These mixers makes adequate mixing possible for pipelines of 12” and higher independent of the flowrate. Furthermore, these mixers have a low pressure drop compared to static mixers which saves a lot of energy.

Fixed and retractable loop extractors for bypass analyse loops are all designed according to the international sampling standards. The extractor uses an unique patented inlet in order to get a better representative signal.

Depending upon the batch size and/or type of product we have different types of sample receivers to store the samples taken. The receivers are resistant to high and low vapour pressures and contain the fittings needed for mixing equipment.
