Sampling systemen:

More often companies want to know the specifications of the incoming, effluent or outgoing product, they want to compare this with the specifications made in advance. Depending on the application and the demanded accuracy of the flow composition, we offer the following systems:

Probe sampling system

This is a relative simple isokinetic probe sampling system. The probe is inserted into the pipe with a seal housing and a valve, which makes it possible to conduct maintenance while running. The samples are retracted  into a small collecting tank, so they can be analysed.

Bypass loop sampling system

This accurate and easy to maintain sampling system is assembled in combination with a fast loop. This system is typically more accurate than a probe sampling system because of its bigger inlet valve. The system uses 1 or 2 bypasses running parallel to the main pipe.

Co-Jetix sampling system

The Co-jetix system is the most accurate sampling system for fluids on the market, which are mostly used for custody transfers or allocation appliances. The system uses a jet mixer (link) which allows for an extreme well mixed homogeneous flow.

Sampling and analyse system

A co-jetix or bypass loop sampling system in combination with an on-line analyser as a water-in-oil monitor (link), density and viscosity meter. Often the on-line analysers are used in combination with sampling systems.

Wet gas sampling system

Wet gas sampling systems are often applied at GVF multiphase applications in order to correct the faults that can occur with DP measurements for the presents of liquid in the gas. The system releases gas and liquid samples for analysis.

Gas sampling system

Through a take-off probe a part of the gas stream is transported through the bypass loop, of which samples can be extracted. The sample are then transported to a small container, which is under a constant pressure for analysing purposes.
