The online analysers come in two different designs and constructions: the TD-4100 and the TD-4100XD. Apart from these fixed designs, we offer two portable designs as well: the TD-500 and TD-3100.
This on-line monitor is capable of a reliable determination the amount of BTEX, fuel, diesel, kerosene and crude oil in water. This extremely accurate online analyser can determine the amount of hydrocarbons in water with an ppb accuracy. Most common applications are effluents ranging from industrial water to water from the ground.

TD-4100XD Oil in water Monitor:
This ruggedized version of the TD-4100 online monitor is specifically designed for offshore oil production, refining, petrochemical, mining and other industries that require a more robust design for severe duty and hazardous locations. The used materials including the keypad are all 316ss suitable for corrosive environments and will be mounted on a skid.

This extremely low costing, portable, user friendly and accurate monitor can determine the amount of oil and condensate in produced water, desalter tail water, tank bottoms, cargo heaters or anywhere that crude oil comes in contact with water.

The TD-3100 is a benchtop instrument which can measure samples with BTEX, fuel, diesel, kerosene and crude oil in water directly (non-extraction) or with solvent (i.e. hexane) extraction methods.

The inline analyser of AGAR comes roughly speaking in two different designs and constructions: a spool piece version for 1”- 4” pipelines (OW201) and an insertion probe version for 4” lines and above (OW202). One of the unique features about this watercut meter is that it can stay accurate within a range of 0-100% water. Also process temperatures up to 230 degrees C can be measured with a special design. The accuracy of the meter is depended upon the measuring range and conditions but goes up to 0,05%. Output signals are the liquid/liquid concentration, error status, flowrate and temperature all windows software compatible.

Multiphase measurement Agar corp:
The newest multiphase meters of AGAR are for most conditions the most accurate, lowest costing and maintenance friendliest meters available. The newest multiphase meters are extremely compact but still user-friendly designed to also fulfil the needs of offshore locations. This multiphase meter is capable of measuring accurately with Gas Void Fractions up till 100% and varying water cuts of 0-100%. Ambient temperatures up to 70 degrees C and process temperatures up to 230 degrees C are also possibilities.
